Simple Lechon Paksiw

Ingredients:

1 kilo Lechon
5 cloves crushed garlic
2 large chopped onions
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a cooking pot and bring to boil for about 30 minutes then simmer for another 30 minutes.
